This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our website.


  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

A product shall be eligible for return only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or expired product
  • Missing quantity / incomplete package
  • Product materially different from the description displayed on the website

The customer must raise the return request within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Requests raised after the above period may not be accepted.


  1. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Seeds once the packet seal is opened
  • Fertilizers / pesticides after seal opening
  • Live plants, saplings, or perishable agricultural produce
  • Customized / bulk farm supply orders
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery

Please note that seed germination depends on soil, water, weather, climate, and farming practices, therefore no refund shall be provided for crop performance or germination issues.


  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

For prepaid cancelled orders, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment.


  1. REFUND POLICY

Refunds shall be processed only in the following situations:

  • Successful cancellation before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Approved return request
  • Verified wrong / damaged product delivery
  • Duplicate payment made by customer

Upon approval, the refund shall be processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit may reflect within 2–7 additional banking working days, depending upon the payment provider.


  1. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Where applicable, Krishi Ashram (Sakama Seed Supplier) may provide a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability and verification by our support team.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • wrong item delivery
  • defective item
  • damaged item

For approved cases, return courier charges may be reimbursed.


  1. RIGHT TO REJECT CLAIM

Krishi Ashram (Sakama Seed Supplier) reserves the right to reject any claim found to be fraudulent, invalid, or outside the scope of this policy.

The final decision of the company shall be binding.
